The assistant GM is pretty incredible and it feels unfortunate that he works there.. beyond that this was the worst dealership I have ever dealt with during my significant time on this planet.. I'm a car guy and I'm constantly doing something and this was so wildly awful and egregious. Avoid this place at all cost

Mr. Raysor and his team were extremely professional. They made the entire process flawless. All I did was informed him what I was looking for, the color and provide him with a few basic information and he did the rest. I was called to say my vehicle was ready, I signed and drove off. Easy as that. Exceptional job James. Thank you.

Purchased a used 2020 Defender and immediately had to go into the shop for a coolant sensor issue. Back the next day in service with a coolant leak, broken headlights, multiple sensor problems, and no heated steering wheel. Staff were great at trying to resolve my issues and gave me a loaner until they figure out all the problems. Unfortunately, when I received the vehicle for a second time, it had further airbag issues, broken parts, and a badly installed driver's airbag. The car was in the shop for nearly 3 months as they tried to resolve all the issues. I now have it back, but it still has warning lights.... the saga continues. The dealership's response to emails and texts is slow and frustrating, and calling them always goes to voicemail. I wish they would improve their communication policy and skills. I was offered an extension to my 90-day warranty and 1 month's finance payment, but that appears to have been withdrawn after multiple attempts to contact them, along with an answer to why I was charged $500 to register the car, but it was not registered, and I will have to do it Will not be my first choice when looking for another LR sadly

Average performance with the New Rochelle Dealership and i am a 24 yr LR owner/ customer. The salesman is either overwhelmed or lacks experience….he was very nice but did not follow thru with email for the remote app information and i have the car a week already. I sat in my car figuring it out and call the 800 number for assist in order for it to work. I texted him twice and nothing. The day i purchased the car had to leave without it because the car needed 4 updates, that apparently took hours? As for the finance officer he did his best to make the purchase happen.

Land Rover New Rochelle was a pleasure to work with last week to exit my lease and get into a Defender. They have an EXCELLENT inventory and selection across all models. Unlike some dealerships and car brands their website is up to date and accurate, if a car is listed as available, it’s actually available. No bait and switch. For the paperwork, they use DocuSign to make it easier for both parties. The advisor I worked with, Steve Goldsmith, is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m lucky he picked up my cold-call to the dealership to confirm their inventory. The rest of the team, especially Vito and Christine, made the whole experience extremely easy. I am not easily impressed and it was a seamless transaction. 10 out of 10.
